Today we got a call from a customer stating that they had found mouse droppings in their basement, and had even seen a live mouse in the kitchen. We were able to get there the same day, set up a combination of bait stations, traps, and we found 2 entry points that we sealed up. This customer, who’s house is in Shaker Heights, is very afraid of mice, and was extremely grateful that we were able to respond to her issue so quickly.
