Today we received a call from a customer in Chagrin Falls, stating she had found a wasp, or hornet nest going in near the gutter of her house. When we arrived at her house, we found that she had a yellow jacket nest, and that they were going into a hole just under her roof line. Our technician (pictured below) was able to vacuum out a large portion of the yellow jackets to freeze, then send off to be made into a vaccine for those allergic to bee stings. Once he collected as many as he could, he was able to then kill the remainder of the nest, giving us yet another happy customer.
